at the historic Mission to Seafarers

This year’s AGM will take place in this historic building, a short distance from North Wharf where ANARE ships, including the Dan ships, would depart for the south.

The Mission for Seafarers is a 15 minute walk from Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station or a short tram ride from Melbourne’s Flinders St Railway station.

Members are encouraged to attend in person or may attend by Zoom. Otherwise please complete a Proxy Form.

Please register your attendance by emailing the Secretary.
Please include whether you will attend in person (for catering) or request to be sent the Zoom link, which will be sent a day or two prior.

In person registrations will close for catering purposes at 5pm on
Wednesday 14 August 2024.

AGM papers including the draft Agenda and the Minutes of the 2023 AGM are available in the Members Portal area of the website.
Other reports and papers will be added in coming days.

You may also download or complete an online proxy form to assign your vote to a friend or National Council member.
This ensures that if you cannot attend at all your voice is still heard.
