Password reset is a 2-step process.
- After you enter your email address and click Get New Password below, we will send a first email with a confirmation link. Please allow a few minutes for the email to be received. You must click the confirmation link before the second email can be sent from us.
- A second email containing your new password will only be sent after we receive the above confirmation.
[Do not repeat the above process for at least an hour, because the email pairs are coupled.]
