Resolving Login Issues
1. Log in Page. → 2. Click “Lost your password?” → 3. Check your inbox (twice) → 4. Use your email & new password to Log in.

→ Email not accepted
Things to check:
- Check that the email address you type is the same email address you used last time you logged in (you can update it later if necessary).
- Check your recent emails from ANARE Club. Make sure that the email address matches the one that your are trying to log in with.
- The email address that you type must not have any spaces at the beginning, end or middle.
→ Entered Email and Password; it goes back to the login screen
There is a known bug in our system where:
- You correctly enter your email and password
- You click Remember Me
- You prove that you are human!
And it goes back to the login screen!
It’s not you – its us!
And it might take two or three attempts. We apologise!
Some members report that they can ignore the login prompt and access member pages via the menus – they are logged in.
The important message is:
- If it did not report a bad login – it might have worked.
We are working to correct this issue!
→ Tried Lost password, nothing happened
Opened the Lost you password? page and entered your email address but nothing happened?
- The Lost password process will initiate 2 consecutive steps, resulting in two (2) separate emails:

- It will send the first email to the address that you entered, requesting you to click a “confirm” link. This is to ensure that somebody else doesn’t change your password!
- After you click confirm, it will send a second email with a new password.
*** Remember to check your Spam folder!
→ Lost password page shows Invalid Email Address
If the Lost your password? page shows the message “Invalid Email Address or Username entered”
- If it does, then the email address you entered is not registered with us
- Find a recent or previously received ANARE Club email, and use the email address it was sent to.
→ I forgot my password, can you send it to me?
Short answer: NO.
Your password is encrypted on our website; we cannot see it; we cannot decrypt it.
If you have forgotten it, you can request a new password using the Lost your password? link.
Once you have logged in, you can change the password to one that you prefer – just keep it safe and secure.
→ Is it safe to accept the offer to store my password?
If you are prompted to save your password, it is your device offering, it is not our website.
If you accept, the password is usually stored on your device, your password is never stored on our website.
We do not store your banking details on our website.
Unfortunately the longer answer about saving your password is – it depends on on many factors including:
- Whether you log into your computer each time you use it.
- Whether you keep your computer and apps/software should always be kept up-to-date.
- Whether your computer is physically safe.
