The Tasmanian Midwinter Dinner 2026

Cost: $90 current members, non-members $95 pp
Numbers are limited to 120 people this year as change of venue.

Guest Speaker: Guest speaker this year is Louise Wynen McMahon. Louise will speak about the current Heard Island Campaign and the AAD experience 20 years after their last visit.

All seating is assigned. We encourage mingling. If you are part of a reunion or wish to sit with particular people please let us know in advance or arrange through the Humanitix website when purchasing your ticket on allocating seating.

16 HOUR BRAISED BEEF CHEEK charred onion potato mash, grilled broccolini and confit tomatoes

LEMON YOGHURT PANNA COTTA pistachio nut crumb and blueberry compote
