ANARE Club A.G.M. 2021
The ANARE Club Annual General Meeting was held on Sat 28 Aug 2021, starting at 2.00pm. Stay for afternoon tea. The location was:

Due to COVID restrictions, Queensland members who are able to, are invited to attend, please notify Secretary for catering purposes.
All members are invited to attend via Zoom Video Conferencing. If you’d like to attend via Zoom, please email Webmaster asking for the login details and password before Friday 27 August 2021.
The minutes of previous meetings and annual reports for the AGM 2021 will be available on our website from the week beginning 16 Aug 2021
For the AGM to proceed, we need a quorum of 10 percent of members. As we have previously distributed Proxy forms and voting information, we currently have a quorum for the meeting to proceed.

Proxy Nomination Form (if you are not able to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting in person). This form also allows you to direct your Proxy on how you would like them to vote on your behalf for the Special Resolution. This must be received by the secretary@anareclub.org.au before 28 August 2021.
Background information for the Special Resolution to be presented at the A.G.M. to amend the Rules of Association for expiring membership to read from 12 weeks to 4 weeks.
